Custom Order Policy

By checking this box you agree to the custom order policies Custom Order Policy: Custom orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance to avoid additional fees. Orders placed with less than two weeks' notice are subject to a minimum 25% late fee. Orders placed within one week of the pickup require full payment at the time of ordering.

Custom Order Payment Policy

By checking this box you agree to our Custom Order Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required for orders placed with more than two weeks’ notice. The balance is due 1 week prior to the event. For late orders, payments are non-refundable if cancellations occur.
